We encountered an issue causing some requests to take longer than expected. We pushed a fix and scaled accordingly. Everything should be back to normal.
Some /crawl jobs degraded

Some crawl jobs emitted from 7:30 am EST to 10:30 am EST may have been not able to complete due to high workload of our systems. We scaled accordingly and right away but some may have gotten stuck in an "active" status due to the machines being replaced by our external provider.

We had some issues with our fast storage edge providers during the PT morning of July 16th. All the issues were resolved.

Some crawl jobs from 9-10 am EST returned status failed. We have discovered the root cause and pushed a fix.
